- Por último, si en el AEP no se llega a ningún acuerdo con los acreedores solicitar el concurso persona física, y en base a la Ley de Segunda Oportunidad solicitar el denominado BEPI (Beneficio Exoneración Pasivos Insatisfechos) y empezar de cero sin deudas.
